Digital company
Pre-assessment for remote incorporation with a passport: identity verification, a preliminary score and pre-approval run online through a single window.
03In the pilot
Terminal İstanbul
Applications are placed by score through stable matching; the usage agreement is accepted electronically, a QR card is used at the entrance, and meeting rooms and labs can be booked. The waiting list is public.
These opportunities are being tried out with sample rules on the pilot platform; the official scoring method, the digital company right and the conditions for space at Terminal İstanbul are set by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

Which documents do I need?
A founder presentation and a signature circular or power of attorney showing you can represent the company. On the direct route, a TGB, TEKMER or TÜBİTAK acceptance letter replaces the presentation. Financial statements and R&D documents are optional but strengthen your application.
Who evaluates the application?
Applications are reviewed with an AI-assisted system, based on your documents. Every decision comes with its reasons; applications the system is unsure about go to an expert.
Can I appeal the decision?
Yes. You can appeal a negative decision once, with reasons, within 15 business days of notification. A committee of people who did not make the first decision reviews it.
Is my data safe?
Your documents are used only to evaluate your application. Your account is protected with a second verification step, and every action is tracked in a tamper-evident log. During the pilot, your real application data is not sent to AI services abroad; the only exception is your Technology Startup Score status document and digital company profile, with your explicit consent and with personal data masked.
Is this the official application channel?
No. teknogirisim.ai is a pilot platform by U2 AI Studio; it is not an official system of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. The official Technology Startup Badge application is made at sanayi.gov.tr.
How long does the evaluation take, and is there a fee?
The AI evaluation finishes within minutes for most applications. Applications referred to expert review are concluded within 5 business days at the latest. The pilot platform is free of charge.
Can foreign founders apply?
Yes. If you have a company incorporated in Türkiye, you can apply with foreign partners. Founders verify their identity in the app with a passport and a selfie; those without a company yet can get a remote incorporation pre-assessment in the Digital company section.
