Pilot phase. The platform is in its pilot phase and is not the official application channel for the Technology Startup Badge. 2. Scope

These Terms apply to the landing page and to the account, company, application, document upload, decision and appeal functions of the platform. Using the platform means you accept these Terms. Use of the platform is free of charge.

3. Account and security

  • You open an account only for yourself and give accurate, up-to-date information.
  • You do not share your credentials or second-factor tools; you are responsible for actions taken through your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorised use, you notify [email protected] immediately.

4. Authority to represent

If you apply on behalf of a company, you declare that you are authorised to represent it and prove this with a signature circular or power of attorney. Applying for a company without authority is a serious breach; the application will be terminated, the account may be closed and our legal rights are reserved.

5. Application content and documents

  • You undertake that the information and documents you submit are accurate, complete and yours or documents you have the right to use.
  • You do not add hidden instructions, invisible text or similar misleading content intended to steer the evaluation. Applications where such content is found go to expert review and may be decided negatively.
  • You do not upload special categories of personal data, third-party trade secrets or personal data unrelated to the application.
  • During the pilot you mark test applications as "synthetic" and use fictitious data that does not belong to real people.

You keep your rights in the documents you upload. You authorise us to process, copy and keep them only to evaluate your application, give reasons for the decision, handle appeals and keep records, and only for as long as these purposes require.

6. Evaluation and decisions

Applications may be decided by an eligibility check and an AI-assisted evaluation based on your documents. The reasons and evidence for every decision are shown in the Decision Passport. Applications the system is unsure about go to an expert. You can appeal a negative decision once, with reasons, within 15 business days of notification; the appeal is decided by people who did not make the first decision. The evaluation is limited to the documents you provide, and a decision is not investment, legal or financial advice.

7. Rules of use

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes;
  • do not infringe third-party rights;
  • do not scrape or submit bulk or automated applications;
  • do not exploit vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorised access or reverse engineer;
  • do not upload harmful content, including malicious code;
  • do not place disproportionate load on the platform or disrupt its availability.

On breach we may suspend or close your account and exercise our legal rights, limited to what the breach requires.

8. Intellectual property

The software, design, text and other content of the platform belong to U2 AI Studio or its licensors. The "Teknogirişim Rozeti" (Technology Startup Badge) name and logo belong to the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, and the "e-Devlet" name and logo to the relevant public body; they appear only to introduce the programme and the sign-in method and do not imply approval, partnership or official appointment.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but may change, suspend or end functions or the pilot for maintenance, security or development. If the pilot ends, registered users are informed in advance and data is kept or deleted according to the Privacy Notice. Uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.

10. Liability

Information and decisions on the platform are for general information and pilot evaluation; they are not professional advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Liability for intent and gross negligence under Art. 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 and mandatory provisions of Turkish law are reserved.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the updated version is published here with its date and applies only from then on. Under Art. 24 of the Turkish Code of Obligations, a change to your detriment takes effect only with your express acceptance.

12. Governing law, jurisdiction and language

Turkish law applies. Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer under Law No. 6502, its mandatory provisions and your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of your place of residence are reserved. These Terms are published in Turkish and English; the Turkish text prevails.
