Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data in the app published as teknogirisim.ai on Google Play and the App Store (developer: U2 AI Studio).
1. Delete in the app
- Sign in to the app or at app.teknogirisim.ai.
- Go to My Account.
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm.
- Your account is closed immediately and all sessions are signed out.
2. Request by e-mail
If you cannot access the app, send an e-mail titled "Account deletion request" from the address registered to your account to info@u2aistudio.com. After verifying your identity we complete the request within 30 days.
3. Data deleted and data kept
