Cookie Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

The teknogirisim.ai landing page sets no cookies of its own. The app.teknogirisim.ai application platform uses only a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. This policy explains which technologies the two addresses actually use, what your browser stores locally, what our infrastructure provider may set for security and how you can control all of it. The notice at the bottom of the page is not a consent banner: nothing requiring consent is placed on your device, so it only informs you. When you close it, that choice is written to your device as a single record and the notice is not shown again. The Turkish version prevails.

1. Scope

This Cookie Policy applies to teknogirisim.ai and app.teknogirisim.ai, operated by U2 AI Studio Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("U2 AI Studio", "we"). Please read it together with the Privacy Policy and the Privacy Notice (KVKK).

2. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store and can read back on later visits. Similar technologies include local storage (a browser area where a site keeps a small value; it stays on your device and, unlike a cookie, is not sent with every request), pixels and beacons (not used here) and server-side logs (kept by servers, not on your device).

3. Types of cookies

Strictly necessary, functional, performance/analytics and targeting/advertising. Only the first category appears on these addresses. Language preference is handled without cookies and no analytics or advertising cookies are used.

5. Third-party resources

  • Google Fonts serves font files. No cookies are set, but your IP address and browser details are processed by Google when the font is requested, which may involve a transfer to the United States.
  • Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, security and bot verification and processes connection data such as your IP address to serve the site. Its cookieless visit statistics write nothing to your device.
  • Sign-in with e-Devlet, Google or Apple: if you choose one, you are redirected to that provider, where its own cookie policy applies.

6. Managing cookies

You can block, delete or manage cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings. Blocking the platform's session cookie makes signing in impossible; blocking Cloudflare's security cookie may stop parts of the site from loading. Since no analytics or advertising cookies are set, there is no separate consent to refuse.

7. Legal ground and transfers

Strictly necessary cookies are processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f and, for visitors in the EEA and UK, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f); under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), access to terminal equipment strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user does not require consent. Serving fonts and distributing the site over a global network may involve processing outside Türkiye, including in the United States, carried out in line with KVKK Art. 9.

8. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the technologies used change; the date at the top shows the latest revision. If a technology requiring consent is ever added, consent will be obtained before it goes live. Questions: [email protected]
